Mr. Long Panhavuth is a seasoned legal professional with over three decades of experience in litigation, corporate law, banking, finance, project management, and human rights advocacy. As the Chair of PAN & Associates Law Firm, he brings a wealth of expertise to our team, ensuring we deliver tailored legal solutions for our clients.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Panhavuth served as a national consultant, working with prestigious aid agencies like SIDA, DFID, UNDP, EU, USAID, and the Open Society Justice Initiative (OSF). His commitment to justice and human rights is evident in his past roles as a legal consultant and a monitor for the Open Society Justice Initiative and his involvement in monitoring the Khmer Rouge Tribunal from 2004 to 2019.

Mr. Panhavuth’s dedication to human rights advocacy is further demonstrated by his previous work with international bodies like the United Nations Transitional Administration in East Timor and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia.
