Mr. Sourn Sereyratha is an advisor, and government relations and investment professional, has more than twenty years of experience in human rights, grassroots advocacy, rule of law, social accountability, good governance, business & investment, and politics.

Currently is also a Secretary of State of the Royal Government of Cambodia at the Ministry of Rural Development, President of Board of Directors of the Cambodia Peace Forum (C.P.F), Executive member of Heritage Foundation of the U.S, member of International Political Science Association (I.P.S.A), and Former President of Khmer Power Party (K.P.P).
